
Mood Boosting Breakfasts
Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup of plant milk
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs desiccated coconut
1/2 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs natural yoghurt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredient with a spoon and allow to set in fridge over night

In the morning, sprinkle fresh berries on top
Egg & Avocado Bake
Pre-heat oven to 120 degrees.
Ingredients
1 avocado, stone removed & halved
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 eggs
2 tsp parmesan cheese
Method

Place avocado halves on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with garlic and chilli

Crack an egg inside each avocado hole and bake until egg is cooked to your liking

Sprinkle with parmesan and seasoning
LSA Pancakes
Beat together
3 eggs
25ml of almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
Mix in 25g of ground LSA mix
-
Allow mixture to sit for 20 minutes, then cook on medium heat in batches
Home made Baked Beans
Combine in a saucepan
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
400g tin of cannellini beans
400g tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tbs tomato puree
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs salt reduced soy sauce
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
