Ingredients
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup spinach
2 tbs natural plain yoghurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup mixed berries
1tbs LSA
1tsp honey
Water to top up

Plant Based Mix
Ingredients
1/2 cup plant milk
1 handful of baby spinach or kale
1 kiwifruit (skin on)
1/2 cored green apple
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 tbs seeds of your choice
1 tbs nuts of your choice
Juice of ½ lemon
1/2 cup of ice
(Add extra milk or water if too thick)
Orange Splash
Ingredients
1/2 carrot
1/2 red apple
1 small orange (peeled)
1/2 lemon (peeled & seeds removed)
1/4 inch piece of ginger (peeled)
1/4 cup mixed berries
3/4 cup of water
1 tsp flaxseed
1/2 cup of ice
